College Leaving

• A student willing to leave the college for good should submit an application duly signed by her parents 15 days prior to the date of intended departure.
• College leaving certificate will be granted after the student has cleared her dues and obtained clearance from the office and library.

Note:
The parents should pick their daughters before the departure of the last trip of college bus as the college authorities will not be responsible afterwards.

CHANGE OF RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS

The addresses and telephone numbers of students given in the admission forms should correspond to their actual addresses and telephone numbers where the college administration may contact the parents in case of emergency. Students providing incomplete/wrong information will be strictly dealt with.

Parents are advised to intimate college administration about any change in their addresses and telephone numbers immediately.
